Black Rutilated Quartz
Light, threaded with shadow
Clear quartz threaded with fine black needles. It's sold as rutilated quartz, but the needles are often black tourmaline rather than rutile. Either way they grew inside the crystal as it formed, so no two stones are the same.

Caring for Black Rutilated Quartz
Hard-wearing and happy with everyday wear. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush, rinse and pat dry. Store apart from softer stones, which it can scratch.
